This proposed garbage station will bring 248 garbage trucks per a day in and out on Dolsontown Road bringing 950 tons of toxic garbage each day from 4am to 7pm 6 days a week, from 250 miles away. (Interstate Waste has the largest commercial waste contracts in NYC.) While the Town of Wawayanda can approve it, the project will cause even greater harm to the residents of Middletown and Walkill.  Dolsontown Road is a critical transportation corridor.  It will also contaminate the Heritage Trail and Monhagen Brook Watershed.
